Haley Parsley is an LGBT, Appalachian, artist, voice actress, and graphic designer based in Kentucky. She has studied art and design for four years, and has received certifications and diplomas in the fields of Interactive and Graphic Design.

Since 2015 Haley has worked as a freelance voice actress and artist. She has gotten many wonderful voice acting opportunities and always gives every role her all. She strives to find new and exciting projects to lend her talents to.

When Haley isn’t recording for a project, or working on art/design commissions, she is working on passion projects, reading, learning to sing, spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, and playing video games.
